Citizens step in to help save water (Mumbai Mirror) MUMBAI, India – The water crisis in the city has brought citizens together, fearing the worst is yet to come. A group of concerned citizens met at BMC headquarters on Monday to meet Anil Diggikar, additional municipal commissioner, with suggestions to deal with the issue.
