Experience Highlights

Trayvick is a seasoned business leader with skills in business and organization alignment, turnarounds, change management, and transformational leadership. He has more than 20 years of experience leading teams of thousands to align and focus for outstanding results.

In 2000, Trayvick was tapped by the CEO of RR Donnelley to lead the transformation of the 30,000-employee Donnelley Print Solutions group. Key to transforming the company was Trayvick’s expertise in strategy, structure, and culture alignment. In 2002, Trayvick was assigned the role of President of the 5,000-member $500 million Global Financial Markets group. As a result of his leadership, the business turned from a loss position of $20M to a gain of $60M within a three-year period, and picked up significant market share versus its number one competitor. In 2005, Trayvick was asked to lead the consolidation and turnaround of the $1 billion Dynamic Communication Solutions group as President. Trayvick rallied the team to focus on better equipment utilization and customer care and improved profit margin by $25M (2.5% of sales) within 14 months.

Trayvick is currently Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Mission Business Solutions, a company focused on utilizing commerce to provide funding for nonprofit organizations. Additionally, Trayvick volunteers at Christ Church in Montclair as V.P. of New Business Development.

Other past and current involvements include Trustee of Big Brother/Big Sister of New York, Board member of World Aid New York, Board member of Arizona State University’s Center for Services Leadership, advisory board member for Neo-IT, inductee into Leadership Greater Chicago, and Board member of Seigwerk Ink, U.S.
