As Water Credit Officer, Thea provides support to ongoing WaterCredit programs in the Philippines through program and financial management, partner development, program evaluation and delivery of technical support to local partners. Prior to joining Water.org, Thea worked in the field of business finance & analytics with IBM, and accounts receivable management with Shell. Before that, Thea also led the development of innovative products and services for the poor through her involvement with a chain of rural banks, a grassroots peoples’ organization and a local, medium-sized microfinance NGO called Tulay sa Pag-unlad, Inc. (TSPI).
