Annie DeGraff | Designer

DeGraff visually designs the print communications and websites for Water.org. Before joining Water.org, her passion for socially-conscious graphic design led her to create educational tools for urban bicyclists, software user interface design, web design, social posters, and promotional materials for non-profits.

Commitment to Water.org

“When my college roommate went to Kenya to film a documentary, she told me how the kids she met used the same word for “river” and “garbage” because in their experience, it meant the same thing. This made me realize the importance of bringing sanitation and aid to places in turmoil.

"I am thrilled with the opportunity to help solve the global water crisis. I believe that good design should promote understanding of a complex problem, and can motivate people to act in a positive way.”
