Commitment to Water.org
While working as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Cameroon, my high school of over 3,000 students did not have latrines or toilets. Students, especially female students, would often cut their school day short to return home. I saw firsthand how water affects children's education, health, and the ability for a mother to earn a living wage. I'm thrilled to be joining a high impact organization dedicated to ending the water crisis.
