Margarita manages WaterCredit programs in Southeast Asia, expanding partner organizations' capacity to provide financing for water and sanitation loan products in Philippines and Indonesia. Prior to joining Water.org, Margarita worked for three years at Kiva.org, managing sourcing, due diligence, monitoring and debt funding for microfinance institutions across Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Middle East. During her recent graduate studies, she focused on entrepreneurial management, impact investing, social venture capital, and consulting services for small nonprofits. Margarita began her career in private wealth management at BBR Partners, a boutique firm in New York City.
