How it works…

  • It only takes a minute to create a short recommendation or “rec” for your favorite products, movies or songs.
  • Save your rec (and share it if you want) by logging in using your Facebook or Twitter account.
  • When others read your recs and buy your favorite products online, Water.org receives revenue and we send you a Donation Confirmation Receipt for helping out!

What are you doing already? Raising money and awareness for a good cause doesn’t have to be hard or take you away from your daily life. Rather, bring it into what you’re already doing. Make a list of the things you like to do. How could you share your passion for helping people get clean water in that activity? If you are not organizing these things, talk to the person who is to see if they would want to do it for a good cause.

  • Super bowl party
  • Garage sale
  • Talk to your employer about matching gifts
  • BBQ
  • 5K, 10K, half or full marathon
  • Book club
  • Lemonade stand
  • Dinner party
  • A water jug carry or race
  • Block party
  • Potluck or picnic
