Sajid champions Water.org’s strategy in Bangladesh, establishing a successful roadmap for organizational growth and impact to reach more people with access to safe water. He oversees all aspects of Water.org’s operations in Bangladesh, from program implementation to securing partnerships with microfinance institutions, private commercial banks, international NGOs and government stakeholders.

Sajid is an experienced professional in international development, financial services and strategy consulting. At 29 he became the youngest director at any BRAC organization, an international development organization based in Bangladesh; and in 2018 he was a founding member of the Financial Inclusion Network – Bangladesh which promotes financial inclusion as a key instrument for reducing poverty in the country.
