Imagine for a moment what it might be like for a boy like Shipon and his family to lack access to a toilet. Then imagine how their lives would change when they were able to have one they could all use nearby to their home. Shipon is 10 years old and his family has just gained access to a toilet. The toilet was installed through the support of DSK, a Water.org program partner. Before the installation, every member of Shipon’s family used an unhygienic open hanging toilet. Now the bad smell doesn’t exist, family members have privacy, and it's safer for the children.
