Why is Water.org updating its systems?

  • We are updating our technology to provide donors with better donation management options and easy access to giving preferences.

Why can't Water.org automatically transfer my monthly donation to the new payment system?

  • We do not store complete credit card numbers, bank information, or PayPal payment information because our payment processors are PCI DSS and SAS 708 Type II compliant. Our compliance means your data is secure. Therefore, we are asking you to set up a new monthly donation.
