Gina Zanolli Chief of Staff

Gina serves as Chief of Staff at Water.org, where she works closely with the Office of the CEO to advance the organization’s strategy, strengthen cross-organizational collaboration, and support execution across Water.org and WaterEquity. She helps ensure that ideas, partnerships, and priorities are aligned to accelerate progress toward safe water and sanitation for all.

Gina brings more than a decade of experience in international development and nonprofit leadership. Prior to her current role, she was a founding member of WaterEquity, an asset manager created by Water.org to mobilize capital for water and sanitation. Earlier in her career, Gina worked on Dr. Paul Farmer’s team at Partners In Health, supporting global health initiatives rooted in partnership, equity, and respect for every person. She holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington.
