Managing your donations is easy!
The Water.org donor dashboard gives you more control over your giving. Once you have logged in, you can update payment information, send yourself receipts, and manage all your donations to Water.org in one convenient place!

How do I log in?
There are two ways to access your Water.org donor dashboard.
- Click here to log in to your dashboard
- In the email receipt for your donation, click on Manage Donation and it will prompt you to log in.
Note that your donor dashboard is tied to the email address you provided when you donated. If you forgot which address you used, please reach out to [email protected] and we can assist you.
If it’s your first time logging in, you will need to create an account:
- Click here to access the donor dashboard
- Click Create an account
- Enter the email you used to donate to Water.org and create a new password
- Click Next
- Because this is your first time logging in, you will be taken back to the Sign In page where you can sign in with the email and password you just created
- Choose Water.org to access the Water.org donor dashboard.
- From there, you can manage your donations, update payment information, and send yourself receipts.
After your initial account creation and log-in to the Water.org donor dashboard, you can get to your Water.org donor dashboard by:
- Clicking here or clicking Manage Donation on your donation receipt
- When prompted, enter the email associated with your donation and password you created
- Click Sign In and it will take you to directly to your Water.org donor dashboard

Why don’t I see all my donation history?
Water.org’s donor dashboard shows all donations given through our new donation processing platform, which launched in June 2025. Therefore, you will only see donations you made from June 2025 to the present day. If you need receipts or a list of donations made prior to June 2025, please email [email protected] and we would be happy to assist you.

How do I update my contact information for future communications?
Currently, your mailing address is associated with your donation billing address. This is the address we use to mail to you if you’ve agreed to allow us to do that. If you have an update to your mailing address for future communications, please email [email protected], so we can ensure this happens.

What if I forgot my password?
No problem! If you don’t remember your password, you can sign in with a password-free sign-in link sent to your email. Here’s how:
- Go to this login page
- Select Get Magic Link
- Go to your email and open the message from Classy.org
- Select Sign In
You can also reset your password
To reset your password:
- Go to this login page
- Select Forgot password?
- Enter your email
- Select Send
If an account is linked to the email, you'll receive an email with a link to Reset Password.
Note, you cannot use previous passwords for security reasons. Passwords must be at least eight characters, include one letter, one number and one special character.

How do I update my credit card and billing information in my Water.org donor dashboard?
- Go to Recurring donations in the menu and select the recurring donation you wish to update.
- Click on Manage donation
- On the next page, click the edit icon associated with Payment details. There, you can update your credit card and billing information, or switch to a bank transfer if that’s better for you.
- Click Save. The updated payment information will be applied upon the next scheduled billing date.

How do I update my monthly donation amount?
- Go to Recurring donations in the menu and select the recurring donation you wish to update.
- Click on Manage donation.
- On the next page, click the edit icon associated with Contribution details to update your monthly donation amount.
- Click Save. The updated donation amount information will be applied upon the next scheduled billing date and be reflected in your receipt.

How do I change my next monthly donation billing date?
- Go to Recurring donations in the menu and select the recurring donation you wish to update.
- Click on Manage donation.
- On the next page, click the edit icon associated with Contribution details to update your monthly donation billing date.
- Click Save. The updated monthly donation billing date will be activated for future monthly donations.

I didn’t cover transaction fees when I started my monthly donation. Can I still do that?
Yes, you can and thank you for helping us put more of your donation to use to change lives with safe water!
- Simply go to Recurring donations in the menu and select the recurring donation you wish to update.
- Click on Manage donation.
- On the next page, click the edit icon associated with Contribution details and click the Cover transaction fees box.
- Click Save. Once this is done, the update will be applied upon the next scheduled billing date and will be reflected in your receipt.

If I need to, can I cancel my monthly donation or put my monthly donation on “pause”?
Of course. We understand things happen, so we offer the option of pausing your donation for 1 month or 3 months if that is helpful.
- Go to Recurring donations in the menu and select the recurring donation you wish to update.
- Click on Manage donation.
- On the next page, click Cancel donation.
- You’ll then have the option to pause your donation, change your donation amount, or cancel your donation.
- Select your preference and click Save. The update will be applied to your account.

Can I reactivate a past monthly donation?
Yes! We’d love to have you back as a monthly donor. To reactivate a past monthly donation:
- Go to Recurring donations in the menu and select the recurring donation you wish to reactivate.
- Click on Manage donation.
- On the next page, click Reactivate donation.

I need to resend myself a receipt, how do I do that?
Go to Contribution history and review the list of donations. You can resend yourself a receipt for any of the listed donations. Click on View details, and then click Resend email receipt. The receipt will be emailed to the email account associated with that donation.

I set-up my monthly donation on the last day of the month. Why isn’t it processing on that day?
Great question! Monthly donations that are set up on the 29th, 30th, or 31st will process on the 28th. This is because not every month has 29-31 days.
- If you’d like to change the date that your monthly donation processes, you can do that in your donor dashboard by going to Recurring donations, and clicking Manage donation.
- On the next page, click the edit icon associated with Contribution details to update your monthly donation billing date.
- Click Save. The updated monthly donation billing date will be activated for future monthly donations.

Can I get a record of my donations?
Yes. Please email [email protected] and provide your first and last name, email associated with your donations, and date ranges (month, day, year) you’d like us to pull for you.
