Lina Bonova Chief Revenue Officer
Lina oversees Water.org’s revenue growth to support Water.org’s global impact. She leads a team dedicated to advancing our fundraising and marketing strategies to increase access to safe water and sanitation.
Lina joined Water.org from CARE USA and brings 20 years of fundraising, external relations, and global program experience. She was born in Bulgaria, spent her childhood in Angola, studied in France, and has lived and worked in seven countries. She is passionate about women’s rights, poverty alleviation, and social justice. Lina holds an MBA from NYU Stern and a master’s degree in international law and human rights from the Université d'Aix-en-Provence.
