Carl’s role at Water.org is to develop, maintain, and integrate a robust knowledge management system across the organization. She collaborates with various teams to implement knowledge-sharing practices, fostering a culture of knowledge exchange that contributes to Water.org’s success. Carl’s personality is perfect for her role here – she is resourceful and finds comfort in asking questions. Outside of work, you can find Carl swimming at the beach with her daughters, enjoying a fiction book, or watching crime movies and medical TV shows.
